Welcome to my website. Thank you for joining me here. I was a psychologist, now I am a painter thanks to my MA and MFA at the Manchester School of Art.
Last year began with the Fusion Art Fair in Yorkshire. The first of many art fairs that are always such a great way to discuss my work with so many people and hear their different reactions to the painting.. It is also wonderful to connect there with fellow artists,. And, of course, selling the work. How amazing it is to have created a painting that someone will buy and take home and love. It is alchemy! There is no greater buzz.
My paintings were on bill boards in the London Underground with a show at the AdLib Gallery in Wimbledon. Then on to two shows at the lovely Brick Lane Gallery in London, and further art fair experience at The Other Art Fair at Truman’s Brewery in London. My year ended on a high at the Manchester Art Fair.
I am really enjoying all the activity this year. I am delighted that my Moonscape painting is at the wonderful charity, James’ Place, where it hangs in the therapy area in Birmingham. In March there was the Fusion art Fairs in Harrogate and then on to the Chester Art Fair. In July I will be exhibiting at Goosfest in the Barns in Cheshire, And then at Manchester Art Fair in November.
And in-between all this, I will be back in my studio.Working on some new pieces. So much to look forward to!!
